Senior Property Litigation Solicitor | 7+ PQE) | In-House | North London | £85-95,000
We've been instructed on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established property business in a senior in-house role. Working closely with the Director of Legal and Litigation leadership team you'll handle a varied caseload of residential landlord and tenant disputes, building safety matters and wider property litigation work.
This role offers significant autonomy, the opportunity to undertake advocacy as well as genuine involvement in supporting the wider business on risk management, compliance and strategic legal issues. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Advising on a range of property disputes, building safety issues and regulatory matters.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business including Directors and operational teams.

Instructing and managing external solicitors and counsel.

Monitoring legal spend and budgets.
- Providing practical, commercial legal advice to internal clients across the business.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, policies and procedures.

Managing deadlines and litigation risk and ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Maintaining case records, reports and legal databases.

Supervising junior lawyers and support staff including assisting with the allocation of work.
- Supporting wider legal projects and contributing to the development of the in-house legal function.
