A highly regarded City law firm is looking for a talented and driven legal professional to join its Employment team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on cutting-edge employment matters within a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment.
About the Role:
You will work alongside leading practitioners on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The role involves supporting high-profile clients across a range of sectors, offering exceptional exposure to complex legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and High Court litigation

Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

Conducting legal research and preparing client briefings

Supporting corporate transactions from an employment law perspective

Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and internal stakeholders
About You:

Qualified solicitor or experienced employment law paralegal (England & Wales or equivalent)

Strong grounding in UK employment law – both contentious and advisory

Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
-
Ability to work well independently and as part of a close-knit team
Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term
Location: Central London (hybrid working available)
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
