Fantastic role for a mid level real estate lawyer who enjoys the technical aspects of their work and is interested in the opportunity to put their experience to good use, and expand their experience in a PSL role in a dynamic and technologically savvy practice.
The real estate practice of this national and international firm is one of the best recognised and regarded in the market. Real estate is a key sector for the firm, as are the Public Sector, Construction and Finance.
The team covers all areas of real estate work for a range of clients, including local authorities, housing associations, developers, institutional investors, and private clients. They handle acquisitions, disposals, site assembly, and development projects, with notable experience in mixed-use regeneration schemes.
As part of the ongoing development of the practice partners would like to bring in an additional real estate PSL to join the team’s already well established knowledge function. Working closely with senior Real Estate PSLs, across the national practice, the role will cover all the traditional aspects of a knowledge management role including; maintaining and developing templates and precedents, research, training, regular updates in relation to real estate work and assisting with marketing and business development. In addition the team are very keen to bring in a forward thinking individual who is interested in innovation and automation and is excited about leading on related projects alongside the firm’s standalone innovation team.
Suitable candidates will need to have a strong real estate background with broad technical experience across all aspects of commercial real estate law including; landlord and tenant, asset management, investment and finance structures, as well as commercial and mixed use development. The role could be based in any of the firm’s key national offices.
