A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to join a market-leading residential development practice in Bristol, advising on some of the most significant affordable housing and Build-to-Rent schemes in the UK.
This is a senior hire within a nationally recognised team, offering exposure to high-value, complex residential development work, early responsibility, and the chance to play a visible role in a growing, strategically important practice.
The Opportunity
You will join a highly regarded residential development team that advises developers, investors and registered providers across the full lifecycle of major residential schemes — from site acquisition through to delivery, funding, management and exit.
This senior role focuses on affordable housing and BTR/PRS transactions, including joint ventures, s106 arrangements and large-scale portfolio acquisitions, with scope to shape client relationships and influence the direction of the practice.
The team works seamlessly across offices, supported by leading specialists in construction, planning, tax, litigation and infrastructure.
