We are delighted to be partnering with this leading firm to assist them in recruiting a senior pensions specialist. This is a rare opportunity for either, an existing partner, or Legal Director/Senior pensions lawyer, to join an already well established, and highly successful, pension team as part of their continued growth strategy and succession planning.
Work centres on complex schemes, governance, and regulatory change and is described by the firm’s leadership as an opportunity to shape the future of pensions advisory work at the highest level.
The practice advises on all aspects of pensions work including: advising on DB and DC schemes, scheme mergers, buy-ins/buy-outs, and funding negotiations; regulatory frameworks including TPR guidance, ESG obligations, and governance reform; supporting clients through pensions aspects of M&A, restructuring, and corporate transactions and leading trustee and sponsor-side advisory work, including risk management and covenant issues.
For an established partner a following of around £500K+ is required. The firm is well known for their sophisticated management and innovation orientated systems. You will be well supported in porting across your business and providing a first class service and new opportunities to clients.
For Legal Director candidates there is a well structured partner development programme and you will given comprehensive support and assistance as you progress through performance the partnership track preparation programme.
