As part of the development of the practice, and the firms continued growth, there is an opportunity for a mid level pensions litigator to join the firm’s contentious team. You will advise trustees, corporates, and pensions professionals on a broad range of contentious matters, including regulatory investigations, professional negligence claims, and landmark High Court litigation. The work is varied, intellectually stimulating, and often precedent-setting.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of two years PQE with a strong background in pensions litigation or commercial disputes involving pensions elements. Excellent technical and analytical skills are essential as is a genuine interest in developing deep expertise in pensions law.
