This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious pensions lawyer at either legal director or junior partner/first step partner level, to support the development of the firm’s pensions team in Birmingham. The firm has a well established, thriving, national practice with a strong London offering and are keen to capitalise on their success through the growth of their Birmingham practice.
The pensions practice covers all areas of pensions law, advising on pension schemes in a range of sectors and handling complex benefit amendments, buyouts and pensions aspects of corporate transactions. The practice is highly regarded within the sector and is well ranked by the legal directories.
The role would suit a senior pensions lawyer with a broad range of pensions experience, and the ability to manage and develop client relationships. A commercial approach to work and the desire and drive to be involved in the growth and development of a team are also key.
A competitive compensation package is on offer - it includes a bonus framework and a fee arrangements for the referral of work/new clients.
