Due to the strength of our relationships within the pensions market we were able to successfully place a number of March qualifiers into pensions roles this year. We continue to work on, on and off market, opportunities with firms who are actively looking to recruit trainees qualifying in September (2025).
These firms range from major international firms to smaller specialist practices. We can advise you on the differing frameworks for training and development at these firms and on which firm may be best suited to you. Work on offer will be an excellent mix of trustee and employer advisory work as well as exposure to more project-based work such as advising on de-risking strategies. You will also gain exposure to corporate transactions in the context of pension schemes.
