This London firm, with a leading litigation practice, would like to appoint an experienced litigation PSL as part of their strategic development plan for the team.
This is a first-time appointment for the litigation team, making it an exciting opportunity for someone to really make the role their own and shape the litigation knowledge function.
Key objectives for the role have been identified as - keeping lawyers in the team up to date with legal knowledge, identifying and embedding innovative technology and tools, and producing excellent resources for both the team and clients by way of written materials, thought leadership and training. Other responsibilities will include – assisting with the management and development of junior members of the team, participating in pitches and business development and maintaining a precedent bank.
Suitable candidates will have previous experience working in a knowledge role and have the enthusiasm and energy to motivate and persuade colleagues to participate and engage with knowledge activities.
