National and International firm seeks a mid to senior level leveraged finance lawyer for their London finance practice due to their continued growth.
The role will focus on leveraged finance and also offer exposure to corporate lending and counter-cyclical opportunities.
The team advises a broad range of funders and private equity houses/borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. They act for private credit funds, all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks and other alternative capital providers on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset based lending, securitisation and debt capital markets. In addition they also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings.
Suitable candidates will have experience leveraged finance advising both lenders and sponsors and be technically strong, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business and practice development.
