The Firm advises across the full range of contentious IP matters, including brand protection, copyright infringement, disputes regarding NFTs, image rights disputes, and piracy matters.
Clients include household names across the full spectrum of the entertainment world, including major film and tv studios, actors, musicians, sports stars and their management agencies, and content creators.
The team continues to go from strength to strength, boasting several "hall of fame" partners and a particularly good track record for internal progression for its associates.
Candidates should have strong experience in IP Litigation matters and ideally some prior experience of acting for clients within the media & entertainment industries.
