A leading international pensions practice is seeking a talented associate (2–4 PQE) for a fully remote role offering genuine flexibility and occasional international travel. This is a distinctive opportunity for a mid‑level lawyer who wants to broaden their experience while working as part of a high‑calibre, globally recognised team.
The practice advises across the full lifecycle of pension schemes, from drafting and updating scheme documentation to guiding trustees, employers, and providers through day‑to‑day governance and complex regulatory challenges. The team’s work spans interpreting local legislation, ensuring compliance, and delivering specialist support on corporate transactions by assessing pension risks and obligations. They also advise on restructuring, risk management, and strategic decision‑making across both occupational and personal pension arrangements.
