This international law firm’s employment practice of over 30 fee earners serves a fantastic client base spanning industries such as natural resources, infrastructure & construction, financial services & professional practices, transportation, and retail.

Joining this team, you would advise on a broad range of matters such as breach of restrictive covenants and fiduciary duties, and other employment issues arising out of team moves, redundancy consultations, whistleblowing, unfair and wrongful dismissal, and discrimination. Whilst the team also advises on employment matters connected to corporate restructuring and business transfers, transactional support work forms a much smaller part of the department’s caseload.
