Work will include advising on: incentives aspects of corporate transactions - including structuring earn-outs and tax planning; the design of management incentive arrangements, including EMI plans, growth shares, JSOPs and other arrangements; cross-border incentive arrangements, including the roll-out of equity arrangements across multiple jurisdictions; advising on employment taxes, including termination payments and internationally mobile employees.
Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm known for their work in this area and be able to demonstrate an ability to advise across a range of incentives matters. You will enjoy working for a friendly and supportive team and benefit from the firms first rate training and development programmes.
