This leading UK commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Construction Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its nationally recognised non-contentious construction team.

The work
You’ll be advising on the delivery of major construction projects, gaining hands-on experience with:
- Drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts
- Advising on industry standard forms, particularly JCT and NEC, as well as bespoke documentation
- Supporting clients on complex, high-value developments from inception to delivery
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines
While the role is primarily non-contentious, candidates with a mixed contentious/non-contentious background who are keen to pivot towards non-contentious work are encouraged to apply.
Locations & flexibility
This role can be based in Birmingham, Bristol or Leeds, with a hybrid working model and genuine openness to flexible working patterns.
