We’re seeking an ambitious and technically proficient lawyer with at least 2 years’ pqe to join a specialist top tier construction team.
This team focuses on high-value, technically sophisticated non-contentious construction work, largely related to commercial real estate development, financings, and high-risk buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Wide range of construction drafting, negotiation and advice in regard to commercial developments.
- Supporting clients and internal teams on legal strategy, risk mitigation and compliance throughout the lifecycle of development projects.
- Working collaboratively with real estate, finance and project teams across the firm to advise contractors, lenders, developers and investors.
- Supporting junior and senior team members alike, and contributing to business development initiatives.
About You
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with sound grasp of construction law commensurate with pqe, including experience on commercial real estate development and financings gained with a reputable commercial firm.
- Ability to manage complex legal issues in fast-paced environments, balancing accuracy and responsiveness.
