The Work
The role is broad and intellectually challenging, with exposure to work including:
- Advising on non-contentious construction matters across real estate, infrastructure and public-sector developments
- Supporting major real estate developments and real estate finance-related construction work, including higher-risk buildings and building safety considerations
- Acting on nationally and internationally significant projects, ranging from major transport and energy infrastructure to complex mixed-use and commercial developments
- Drafting and negotiating construction documentation, project agreements and related contracts
- Working closely with colleagues in real estate, finance and projects to deliver joined-up advice on sophisticated transactions
- Developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives within a global team

About You
You are likely to be:
- A qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
- Experienced in working on large-scale developments or infrastructure-related projects within a rated commercial firm
- Technically strong, commercially minded and comfortable advising on complex, high-risk matters
- Confident supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team leadership
- Client-focused, collaborative and keen to build long-term relationships
