This major international firm seeks to recruit a junior level competition lawyer to their London practice. Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm known for their work in competition/antitrust and be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the area.
The team advises on EU and UK competition law and regulatory matters - including obtaining clearance for complex merger investigations before the European Commission and UK competition authorities, as well as coordinating merger approvals across multiple jurisdictions. On the contentious side work covers the full range of behavioural matters, including alleged anticompetitive conduct, abuses of dominance, market investigations and State aid.
