Clients include institutional investors, developers, corporates, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
The Role
This is a senior, visible position with real responsibility and autonomy. You will:
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals, developments, joint ventures and structured investments
- Draft, negotiate and oversee complex real estate documentation with a strong commercial focus
- Run matters day-to-day, managing deadlines and client expectations
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, understanding their commercial drivers and tailoring advice accordingly
- Play an active role in business development, relationship management and cross-selling across the wider firm
- Lead transaction teams and supervise junior lawyers
About You
You are likely to be:
- An England & Wales qualified solicitor with c.5+ years’ PQE
- Experienced in real estate investment and/or development at a strong City or international practice
- Comfortable leading complex matters and managing teams
- Commercially astute, technically excellent and confident dealing directly with sophisticated clients
- Collaborative, proactive and keen to play a broader role in the growth of a leading practice
